Report: Gov. Henry McMaster considering Santee Cooper sale to help pay for nuclear project

Gov. Henry McMaster is reportedly considering selling state-owned electric utility Santee Cooper as a way to pay for at least one of two nuclear reactors at the V.C. Summer Nuclear Station near Jenkinsville.
