Private port backers seek Delaware aid for early work

A last-minute legislative push is on to reshape Wilmington port expansion plans, with backers of a proposed new private container wharf south of the Delaware Memorial Bridge seeking state aid for initial studies and tighter links to the existing, public Port of Wilmington. …..
