A group of Minnesota counties is asking for its money back from a former politician whose software company promised to put government records on the Internet. The company, Nazca Solutions Inc., is headed by Ted Mondale, former state senator, ex-chairman of the Metropolitan Council and son of former Vice President Walter Mondale. …. One of Nazca's clients, a group of eight Minnesota counties including Wright and Carver, has moved to end its contract and is asking for a refund of more than $240,000 from privately owned Nazca.
