50 Largest Cities Water/Wastewater Rate Survey 2009/2010

This survey is conducted by Black & Veatch Management Consulting as a service to the stakeholders of water and sewer utilities in the United States. A typical bill has been calculated for various residential, commercial and industrial user profiles, focusing on the top 50 cities as determined by population. The specific cities included in the survey have changed over time as warranted by population shifts in some communities. Since 2001, B&V Management Consulting has produced 6 surveys, and in most recent years the interval between surveys is approximately 18 to 24 months. The results of the 2009/2010 survey reflect rates in effect as of June 30, 2009.
