Nurses Least Satisfied Among Health Care Employees, Survey Finds

A newly released Press Ganey survey finds that health care employee satisfaction decreased between 2006 and 2007 across most operational areas, with R.N.s reporting the lowest levels of overall satisfaction, AHA News Now reports. Based on a survey of more than 200,000 employees at 423 health care facilities, three-quarters of which were hospitals, the report found that the greatest reductions in satisfaction occurred in the areas of loyalty, pay and organizational impression.
